General Event Info:
Doors open at 6pm for General Admission Ticket holders and 5:30 for VIP Ticket Holders
Will Call: The
Will Call Tent will be located at the entrance to Starry Night in the
Garden. Will Call tickets can ONLY be picked up on your way into the
event. The Botanical Gardens will not have will call tickets ahead of
time.
Cameras are allowed
You are not allowed to bring in any food, drink coolers etc.
This is an all ages show - Every person MUST have a ticket.
Seating: This is a general admission show and there is no seating. You may bring a lawn chair at your own risk.
Dress: This
event is outside so dress for the weather. Summer attire is common...
sundresses - khakis etc... You will be walking and standing on grass.
Ladies - a flat or wedge shoe is your best bet!
Weather: This event is outside and will happen rain or shine!
Parking: Free parking is located around the South Park Ring Road and on the streets around the park. Please obey city parking signs! The
parking lot next to the Gardens will be $10 per car and will fill up
fast. We will park on a first-come, first-served basis.
RAFFLE! There will be a fantastic on-site raffle that benefits the Botanical Gardens. Volunteers will be walking the crowd selling tickets and there will be a raffle prize tent located on the front lawn. Raffle tickets are $10 for one sheet (25 tickets) or $20 for three sheets (75 tickets).
